Summer in NYC

This weekend in NYC was awesome! It was sunny and in the 80s every day (even though, of course, weather.com said it would rain). Most people love to get out in the warmth. They go to parks or beaches to hang out and soak up the sun. Unfortunately, some hang out more than others. Seriously?!? A speedo with your body in that position?
